Man recreates Tom Cruise's Top Gun Maverick trailer in Lego. Viral video stuns Twitter

Internet is a wondrous place, where every once in a while, a video goes viral and stuns us with its brilliance. One such video was posted by a Twitter user, OnBeatMan. He recreated the entire trailer of Tom Cruise's film Top Gun: Maverick, frame by frame, using Lego. Yes, you can read that again.

OnBeatMan aka Gus Danko, is an American brickfilmer, and he recently took to social media to release his Lego trailer of the Tom Cruise film.

Now, without any further ado, take a look at the incredible clip:

Sharing the trailer, Danko wrote, " After months of work, I've meticulously recreated the Top Gun: Maverick Trailer IN LEGO, frame by frame, for you to enjoy! #topgunmaverick #TopGun @TomCruise @Miles_Teller @JayREllis @glenpowell @ParamountPics (sic)."

Danko not only included each scene in his video, but he also took care of the little details like the costume, backdrops and even animation. The short film shows frame-by-frame scenes of the trailer recreated using Lego bricks.


The video, needless to say, has been going crazy viral on all social media platforms. It managed to garner over 212.8k views, more than 5,000 likes and 2,000 retweets.

Netizens took to the comments section to praise the makers. Paramount Pictures, producer of the film, commented, "Incredible. one of the finest ever produced. (sic)."
